Phase I: Physical Lines Audit

Phase I, the first phase of the five phase audit, is a physical on-site audit of your head office and branch telephone lines, fax lines and modem lines, which we build into a database so that we can view your whole telephony “estate.” From this information we can then work out which lines are being used, for what and by whom. By comparing the physical audit data we collect with the lines being billed on your current telephone line bills we can produce an accurate costs analysis of your HQ and branch spend and suggest line removals for those which are no longer used which can reduce your costs dramatically.
