Terms & Conditions for topping-up with credit & debit cards

For business customers who have pre-pay accounts on the XL Telecom platform, there are some important things we need to tell you for compliance reasons which you agree to accept when topping-up your account on our platform.

All payments are for pre-pay telephony services. These payments are non-refundable if any part of the payment has been used. Any top-up payment made, but not used after six months will automatically be non-refundable and associated services may be suspended or ceased.

You will not receive a VAT invoice for top-ups as these are amounts of money held on your account and VAT is applied at the time when chargeable transactions, such as calls are made or service rentals or set-up charges are applied.

Cheque Payments

The Glow XL Group Limited does not accept payments by cheque without prior arrangement. Please note that an administration fee of £7.50 + VAT is charged for all cheques received.
Direct Debit

If you would like to pay by Direct Debit, please download the form below, complete and send back to us at the address shown on the form.

Please note: Failed direct debit payments are charged at £7.50 + VAT

Debit & Credit Card Payments

You can pay using Visa or MasterCard using our automated telephone system.
Call 03300 221100, or choose menu option 1 from our Billing & Accounts menu on 03300 221111.

You will need your account number, a contact telephone number, your debit or credit card and the amount of your invoice.

Late Payments

Where you are paying your bill by any method other than direct debit, please note that payment must be with us by the 14th of the month. If the 14th falls on a Saturday or Sunday or Bank Holiday then the payment must be with us on the last working day prior to the 14th. Please note that a late payment charge of £10 + VAT is automatically levied where this does not happen.
