Channel Partners

XL Telecom’s flexible Channel Partner Programme offers the ability to partner with XL Telecom in three ways; either selling via your brand (white labelling) or selling under the XL Telecom brand, where you receive a continuous revenue for the life of the agreement, or working as a dealer and receiving a one-off commission for each customer you successfully sign-up.  We provide a ‘telco in a box’, giving your business the ability to sell telephone lines, ISDN lines, broadband, bonded broadband, inbound phone numbers, outbound calling, IVR, call routing, virtual call centre services, fixed line call recording and many other telecom services.

XL Telecom is totally focussed on customer service and making sure that customers are totally happy with our service. During 2012 XL Telecom is looking for businesses which already sell telecom solutions and highly motivated individuals to join our Channel Partner programmes, to work with us to deliver our excellent business solutions, and drive down the costs for customers. If you or your business is currently a Channel Partner, Reseller or Dealer with another provider or network, and you are unhappy with the service, or just want a change, and would like to bring your customers across to XL Telecom’s platform – we will pay you to do it, to show our commitment to you. Option 1 – Sell under your own brand

Selling XL Telecom’s products and services under your own brand, is known as white labelling. You can do this as a Limited Company, Partnership or a Sole Trader. You own the customers you bring on to our platform and you can choose the prices you charge to your customers.  You will earn a revenue share on the set-ups, rentals and calls made within these services.

Choose this option if:

 You already have your own business or brand
 You already have customers that you wish to up-sell to
 You want to send your own invoice out
 You want to own your customers

You can be up and running in a matter of days. Our start-up package includes all necessary contracts and paperwork between XL Telecom and you and access to our online portal, providing a single point of access for everything. Naturally, you will receive full training, either in person or via a series of webex sessions. The set-up charge for becoming a new XL Telecom Channel Partner is £599 + VAT – BUT this will be waived if you are bringing existing business with you to our platform.

Option 2 – Sell under the XL Telecom brand

Selling XL Telecom’s products and services under the XL Telecom brand, gives you a fully operational business from day one. You can do this as a Limited Company, Partnership or a Sole Trader. XL Telecom owns the customers you bring on to our platform and you will generally sell our customer price lists. You receive commission on set-ups, rentals and calls.

Choose this option if:

 You don’t have your own business
 You don’t have your own brand
 You are creating a new customer base
 You don’t want to invoice your own customers

You can be up and running in a matter of days. Our start-up package includes all necessary contracts and paperwork between XL Telecom and you and between us and our customers. Full access is provided to our online portal, providing a single point of access for everything. We will provide you with a phone number, fax2email number, email address and business cards. Naturally, you will receive full training, either in person or via a series of webex sessions. You will be known as a ‘Partner’ or ‘Business Consultant’, whichever suits you best. The set-up charge for becoming an XL Telecom Channel Partner is £599 + VAT – BUT this will be waived if you are bringing existing business with you to our platform.

Option 3 – Sell as a Dealer

Selling XL Telecom’s products and services as a dealer means that you sign a customer up and we pay you a single commission payment for bringing the customer to us but you get no ongoing revenue. You can do this as a Limited Company, Partnership or a Sole Trader. XL Telecom owns the customers you bring on to our platform and the customer will use XL Telecom’s standard price tariff.

Choose this option if:

 You don’t have your own business
 You don’t have your own brand
 You want to earn money but not worry about managing customers
 You prefer a single commission payment

You can be up and running in a matter of days. Our start-up package includes all necessary contracts and paperwork between XL Telecom and you and access to our online portal, providing a single point of access for everything. Naturally, you will receive full training, either in person or via a series of webex sessions. The set-up charge for becoming a new XL Telecom Channel Partner Dealer is £199 + VAT.
