Mid Call Transfer is a seriously great feature that can be added in to your service, allowing you to seamlessly transfer calls to someone else. The service works when calls are delivered to any line, fixed or mobile or even if you are abroad.
The service is simple, the call comes in, you answer it, and you need to transfer it to a colleague, your office, your call answering bureau, call centre or even to/ from your mobile if you are trying to get away from your desk and you want to take the call with you!
You have 5 pre-stored destinations in #5, #6, #7, #8 and #9 as well as using #3 to allow you to enter any number to send that specific call to.
Pressing # puts your caller on hold and they hear music or on-hold bleeps and pressing 5,6,7,8 or 9 chooses who to send the call to. Once you press this, your caller hears ringing until the person you have transferred to answers the call.
